Job summary

Deloitte Ireland is seeking an experienced Bid Executive to drive new business pursuits, manage complex bids, and own the firm-wide bid content library. This role reports to the Pursuit Centre of Excellence head and requires exceptional project management, editorial, and stakeholder coordination.

You will lead bid strategies, refine content for consistency, and oversee tendering portals while leveraging AI for content automation and faster assembly. Dublin-based hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Proven Bid Executive experience in a professional services firm (Big 4, leading consultancy, or legal practice).
• Strong project management and organisational skills with a track record of timely, quality bid delivery.
• Experience in supporting bid process innovation and in managing bid content libraries.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint/Word) formatting, bid platforms, and content automation tools.
• Excellent editing, writing and communication skills across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management of strategic bids, maintain trackers, coordinate stakeholders, and drive timely proposals.
• Develop and refine bid strategy with bid managers and proposal teams to differentiate each pursuit.
• Own and evolve the firm-wide bid content library for rapid deployment across service lines.
