Job summary
Moore Ireland is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing and client development across professional services. You will partner with partners and fee earners to shape campaigns, manage multi-channel communications, and protect brand integrity while driving pipeline and client retention.

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a professional services firm (accountancy or law).
- Excellent persuader, influencer and challenger with collaborative approach.
- Strong project management with ability to prioritise and delegate.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and systems such as CRMs, GA4 and PowerBI.
- Excellent written communication with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners and fee earners to develop and deliver strategic plans.
- Coach partners on business development and embed processes across teams.
- Develop multi-channel communications and targeted campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Produce and optimise engaging content including articles and brochures.
- Support bids, tenders and presentations.
- Focus on client retention and maximise via client care and service gap analysis.
