Stripe seeks a senior analytics leader in Dublin to own data-driven decision making across Strategy & Analytics for Operations. You will deliver critical insights, build dashboards, and partner with leadership to drive business strategy and planning.

You will manage cross-functional projects, influence executives, and guide ROI-focused reviews while aligning with Stripe's fast-paced environment and in-office expectations in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytical/strategic roles in consulting, go-to-market, Operations or financial services.
• Expert in SQL and understanding data relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to connect big picture to details to operationalize strategy.

Responsibilities

• Wrangle large, complex datasets using SQL to create actionable insights.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track health of user-facing and internal teams.
• Create narratives for senior leadership to inform decision-making.
• Influence cross-functional changes by partnering with global stakeholders.
• Support forecasting and planning processes for relevant domains.
