Job summary

daa is seeking a strategic leader to drive ecommerce and digital product management in the airport environment. You will shape the product roadmap for mobility and services, work with cross-functional teams, and align digital efforts with business goals to enhance passenger experiences.

You will lead end-to-end product development, manage budgets, and use data to improve decision making while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in business and management.
• Strong influencing skills with multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent project management, communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of ecommerce regulations and security standards in airports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial digital strategy and roadmap for ecommerce initiatives related to mobility and airport services.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals.
• Collaborate with daa Labs, IT, marketing, operations and customer service to gather requirements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage digital to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimisation.
• Develop and manage budgets for digital product development initiatives.
