Job summary

Google seeks a Senior Strategic Agency Manager for Google Customer Solutions in the UK and Ireland, based in Dublin. On-site, full-time role focusing on growing agency partnerships and driving revenue growth through strategic advice and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage C-level relationships across agencies, craft growth strategies, and coordinate with product and client strategists to scale adoption of Google's advertising solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, advertising sales, digital marketing or working in the media industry.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience in sales, including sales techniques (e.g., questioning, objection handling, or pitching).
• Experience working with or for advertising agencies.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product goals, growing agency business by driving scalable product adoption and growth across a broad portfolio of agency clients.
• Own a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
• Work towards long-term goals on new and existing business consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experiences to Google's agency partners.
• Strengthen primary agency relationships from C-level all the way down, including Media Planners and Buyers.
• Shape the agency team strategy by being a thought partner for the leadership team internally on initiatives and agency-level planning.
