Job summary

Google Ireland is looking for a Strategic Agency Partnerships professional to drive growth with agencies in The Netherlands and Belgium. You will develop executive-level relationships, prioritise go-to-market strategies, and manage budget allocations to expand digital capabilities across a portfolio of agency partners.

As part of Google Customer Solutions, you will work with agency owners to grow businesses, deliver mutual value, and support product adoption while building long-term partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media or working with advertising agencies.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Ability to communicate in Dutch and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, and manage partnerships with entities of all sizes.
• Develop cross-product area partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across changing industries.
• Ideate and drive agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives.
• Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
• Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
