Job summary

Google Ireland is seeking a Senior Strategic Agency Manager to drive growth by partnering with performance media agencies and engaging C-level stakeholders. You will co-create business growth strategies, identify opportunities, and execute deals across an agency portfolio to strengthen Google's commercial relationships.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, align strategic resources, and promote capabilities of assigned agencies to deliver scalable growth for Google, its partners, and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in digital marketing/advertising.
• Experience with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
• Fluent English and Polish for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and evolve relationships with partners and across the ecosystem.
• Develop cross-product strategic partner initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
• Structure complex deals and renewals with partners and gain executive alignment.
• Serve as relationship manager for existing agreements and maximize value.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across geographies to launch and scale features.
