ALDI Brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ireland to support store leadership and daily operations. The role includes supervising a team, managing schedules, and developing action plans to improve store performance.

Responsibilities include interviewing candidates, ensuring inventory accuracy, driving customer service, and maintaining store standards. Starting wage is 25.00 per hour with a raise to 26.00 after Year 2.

Formación

• You must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a retail environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Prior management experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assist the direct leader with developing action plans to improve operating results
• Supervise day-to-day store operations and staff performance
• Establish responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports
• Identify training opportunities to develop the team
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage at all times
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed
