ALDI is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations at our New Albany, OH location. The role is on-site with a typical 38-hour work week and starting wage of $27.00 per hour, increasing to $28.00 after Year 2.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, executing action plans to boost sales, managing schedules, inventories, and maintaining store standards. A High School diploma is preferred and at least 3 years in retail is required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in supervising a store team and coordinating daily operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train, mentor and develop staff for improved performance.
• Familiarity with store policies and cash handling procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Supervise day-to-day store activities and schedules.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring store personnel.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper product signage to maximize sales.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve issues promptly.
