Job summary

SUHANG GOURMET PTE. LTD. in Dublin is seeking a restaurant operations manager to oversee daily tasks, ensure excellent customer service, and drive smooth day-to-day operations. The role supports planning schedules, achieving KPIs, and maintaining a positive work environment.

You will ensure licensing, hygiene, and safety compliance, and develop strategic plans to monitor execution and measure results. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively
• To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant
• Obtain sales target and KPIs given by the management
• Assist in planning schedule
• Promote positive work environment
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline
• Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management
