Job summary

SUHANG GOURMET PTE. LTD. in Dublin is seeking an experienced kitchen operative to support day-to-day operations and maintain high standards of food quality and freshness.

You will prepare, cook and serve items per menus, ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety in line with NEA guidelines, and assist with inventories and stock management. This role requires meticulous attention to SOPs and proper use of kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation to ensure consistency in food quality and freshness
• Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance with menus
• Ensure general kitchen cleanliness, tidiness and safety, and hygiene in food preparation and storage in accordance with NEA guidelines
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Assisting in inventories, stock ordering management

Job description

1.Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation to ensure consistency in food quality and freshness

in accordance with the restaurant’s standard operating procedures and food safety and hygiene standards.
