Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Coach colleagues and help them become trusted health and wellness experts through our training.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success.
