Job summary

ba&sh recherche un(e) responsable de magasin pour son point de vente à Dublin, CDI et temps plein. Vous dirigerez une équipe dynamique, assurerez le service client et veillerez au respect de l'image de marque.

Vous serez chargé(e) du management opérationnel, du merchandising et du développement du chiffre d'affaires, tout en transmettant les savoir-faire et l'histoire ba&sh à l'équipe.

Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion d'équipe dans le secteur retail.
• Excellentes compétences en vente et service client.
• Maîtrise du merchandising et de la présentation magasin.
• Bonne communication écrite et orale.

Responsibilities

• Guider par l'exemple les techniques de vente et la fidélisation client.
• Maintenir l'excellente présentation du point de vente et le merchandising.
• Conduire l'équipe vers l'atteinte des objectifs et KPI.
• Réaliser les tâches RH et administratives du magasin.

As Manager of a point of sale you will motivate, supervise and develop a dynamic sales team.

You are a brand ambassador with some key tasks :

• Point of sale administration
• Managing the team
• Growing the turnover and improving the KPIs
• The excellent service offered to our customers
• The transmission of your knowledge and skills to the team
• Having an in-depth knowledge of our story and who we are, our offer, our silhouettes and our collections
• Supervision of all "non-sales" activities linked to the organisation and functioning of the point of sale
• Keeping the brand image bright

On a daily basis your role will include :

• Leading by example in the use of sales skills such as the spontaneous hook, complementary and/or additional sales, customer loyalty, etc.
• Excellent upkeep of the point of sale and merchandising
• Driving a global dynamism in order to achieve sales objectives
• Administrative and HR tasks for the point of sale and the team
• Organising the point of sale according to ba&sh' strategy and recommendations
• Respect of ba&sh' sales and management processes
