Job summary

NEXT plc in Ireland is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire your team to their best, maximise sales, drive efficiencies and hit performance targets. You’ll champion outstanding service, accurate stock practices and a safe, commercial environment.

You’ll work hands-on with the team, report to the Area Manager, and help grow the brand by spotting opportunities and adding value. Strong communication, coaching and motivational skills are essential, plus a passion for customers and products.

About the Role:

• - Lead and inspire your team to be their best
