McCabes Pharmacy in Lusk is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the store, drive service quality and commercial performance, and be the heart of the local community.

You will manage the team, oversee budgets, ensure HR compliance, and foster an inclusive culture while delivering patient‑focused care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive Commercial Success: Take ownership of sales performance, manage the pharmacy's wages budget while identifying and implementing strategies to optimise profitability.
