Job summary

Teamworx in Letterkenny is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join a fast-growing European retail brand. This role will lead a new store, build a high-performing team, and shape the store's early success as part of a Danish retail group expanding across Ireland.

You will drive sales, manage budgets and KPIs, recruit and develop staff, and deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume environment. International onboarding and ongoing support are provided during launch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store in grocery, pharmacy, discount or large-format retail.

We at Teamworx are recruiting an experienced Store Manager to join one of our client ,they are one of Europe's fastest-growing Danish retail chains. Since opening its first store in 2013, the company has expanded to more than 1,000 stores across 11 countries and is continuing its exciting growth across Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail leader to play a key role in launching a brand-new store, building a high-performing team, and shaping the future success of one of Europe's most exciting retail brands.

Salary

€45,000 – €50,000 per annum

• Previous Store Management experience within Grocery, Pharmacy, Discount or Large Format Retail
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing sales, budgets and KPIs
• Ability to recruit, coach and motivate high-performing teams
• Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Experience working within fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
• Excellent organisational and operational management skills
• Flexibility to travel internationally during the onboarding programme
