Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive KPI results, and lead the store team. You will ensure best-in-class shop floor presentation and stock control to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Completed leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably prior experience as Assistant Store Manager, not essential if attitude is right.
