Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive KPI performance, and lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service. You’ll ensure stock levels are optimal, maintain shop floor presentation, and foster a high-performance environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates hold a leaving certificate or equivalent, have at least 2 years of management experience, and possess a full driving licence.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably experience as Assistant Store Manager, not essential if attitude is right.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Take a target-driven approach to KPIs.
• Manage, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Maintain excellent shop floor presentation.
• Ensure adequate stock levels are always maintained.
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service.
