Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run the store, drive KPI targets, and lead a motivated team on the shop floor. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining stock levels in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Leaving Certificate, at least 2 years of management experience, and a full driving licence. The role offers a competitive package with development opportunities through Lidl’s Leadership Academy.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence is required.
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably previous experience as Assistant Store Manager, but not essential with the right attitude.
