Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Construction Project Manager based in Dublin to lead store construction projects from inception through to completion. You will coordinate design teams, suppliers and contractors, while actively driving efficiency and value engineering.

The role reports to the Construction Director and offers hybrid working up to 2 days remote per week, with a competitive salary and benefits including private medical insurance and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Two years of project management experience.
• Strength in negotiation and detail orientation.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage design teams, suppliers and contractors on strategic projects.
• Develop and deliver value engineering strategies.
• Improve procedures to ensure compliant, efficient project delivery.
• Develop and roll out digital tools to drive efficiency.
