Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP in Dublin seeks an experienced Storage Engineer to join the Dublin Storage Engineering team. This hands-on infrastructure role focuses on deploying, operating and improving enterprise SAN, NAS and backup platforms supporting production workloads.

You will work across storage, backup, Linux, Windows and virtualised environments to manage health, capacity, performance and resilience within a multi-petabyte infrastructure, resolving complex issues and automating

Qualifications

Experience administering SAN and NAS in enterprise production environments.
Experience with Commvault backup & recovery.
Knowledge of Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, SMB.
Experience with OpenStack, VMware, Hyper-V or Citrix.
Strong systems engineering knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, high availability, DR.
Experience with NetApp, Pure Storage, Dell or VAST Data; SAN fabric and scripting.

Responsibilities

Deploy, operate and improve SAN, NAS and backup platforms.
Monitor storage health, capacity and performance.
Troubleshoot storage, backup and connectivity issues across Linux/Windows/virtualised environments.
Manage provisioning, migrations, upgrades, replication, backup, restore and DR.
Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve reliability.
Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with teams.
