Job summary

Keelings is seeking a Stock Control role to manage and reconcile stock across the site, ensuring accuracy in KBS and reporting any discrepancies. The successful candidate will support a fast-paced team and maintain high standards of stock integrity.

Responsibilities include stock scans, audits, and coordinating daily stock balancing, with reporting to the Stock Control Manager.

• Carrying out physical stock scan across the site.

• Proactively address problems.
• Carry out stock audits.
• Ensuring the integrity of the stock control system is maintained to the highest standard.
• Carry out any other stock related tasks as and when required to support the team.
• Any other duties as and when required.
• Co-ordinate the finalising of stock balancing process each day.
• Any issue with scan guns report to Stock Control Manager.
• Any stock Count and Stock balancing issues report to Stock Control Manager.
• Any other issue with day-to-day job report to Stock Control Manager.
