Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in global stock plan administration, equity compensation, or global mobility tax.

  • Proficiency in data analytics, spreadsheet automation, or database visualization tools (SQL, Looker).
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, along with the ability to distill complex administrative guidelines into simple, digestible information.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage various critical equity administration workflows that support company policies, and global compliance including vendor management.
  • Help characters to navigate the complexities surrounding their stock equity using various communications, training programs and resources and engaging in cross-functional engagement with internal stakeholders to understand the issues affecting characters and their stock equity.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, and needs in equity compliance and operational processes.
  • Review issue post-mortems, identify next steps for improvement and follow-up with teams as needed.
  • Provide a positive participant experience, answer character questions and send out communications as needed.
