Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, computer engineering, materials science, physics, or related technical discipline.
• Typically, 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience in product quality, product engineering, test engineering, reliability engineering, failure analysis, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and product lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cross‑functional teams to investigate and resolve complex product quality issues from initiation through closure, while balancing quality, cost, and operational considerations.
• Evaluate product, process, and test‑related quality risks throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyse manufacturing, reliability, yield, and customer‑return data to identify systemic issues and emerging trends.
• Provide technical leadership for quality assessments related to product changes, process transfers, test enhancements, and new technology introductions.
• Support Customer Quality Engineering teams in customer communications and escalations.
• Drive deployment and continuous improvement of quality management systems and best practices.
• Support internal, customer, and third‑party audits to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
• Influence quality strategy and promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop engineers in quality methodologies, risk management, and structured problem‑solving.
