The Staff Product Quality Engineer (PQE) is responsible for leading the resolution of complex product quality issues, driving continuous improvement in product and test quality, and influencing quality strategy across the product lifecycle. You will serve as a technical leader within the Global Quality organisation and partner closely with Business Units, Manufacturing Operations, Reliability Engineering, Customer Quality, and Product Development teams.
In this role, you will apply advanced problem‑solving methodologies, evaluate quality risks, and champion preventive quality practices that improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
