Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Atlas Clusters to own cross-domain initiatives and shape platform strategy across multi-cloud deployments. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Support, Security, and GTM to translate complex requirements into product investments and roadmaps.

You will lead cross-team decisions, balance customer impact with execution risk, and drive long-term platform value for enterprise and scale.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience on technically complex systems.
Experience owning enterprise-grade products end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
Technical fluency to discuss architecture, failure modes, and tradeoffs with senior engineers.

Responsibilities

Atlas Clusters Product Strategy: own cross-domain initiatives on the Atlas Clusters roadmap and define goals.
Cross-Functional Program Leadership: drive complex, multi-team programs with governance and metrics.
Market Expansion and Enterprise go-to-market: lead strategy and pricing decisions for Atlas growth.
Customer-Driven Product Development: build feedback loops with Customer Engineering, Solutions Architects, Support, and GTM.
Stakeholder Alignment and Executive Communication: align teams and define KPIs for Atlas investments.
