Job summary

MongoDB Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for Developer and Agentic Experience across Atlas, our multi-cloud database service.

You will shape how developers, platform teams, and AI agents build on Atlas via APIs, CLI, Agent Skills, and IaC, turning complex infrastructure into intuitive, automated experiences. You will own the vision, strategy, and 12-month roadmap, including how Atlas evolves to support AI agents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management of complex technical products.
• Defined strategy and roadmaps for developer tools, APIs, CLI, IaC.
• Experience growing adoption and revenue with pricing and packaging.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into focused strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across engineering and product teams.
• Experience building products for enterprise customers and individual developers.
• Excellent customer instincts and ability to handle high-stakes conversations.
• Comfort working with AI-enabled product experiences and automation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and 12-month roadmap for Developer and Agentic Experience.
• Simplify Atlas workflows by evolving capabilities into cohesive end-to-end processes.
• Shape agentic experience for AI agents while keeping developers in control.
• Drive adoption and revenue by defining business models, pricing, and packaging.
• Lead customer discovery and translate insights into product decisions.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver products from discovery to launch.
• Own product positioning and go-to-market with Sales and CS.
• Establish metrics for adoption and Atlas consumption using analytics.
• Communicate product direction to senior leaders and stakeholders.
