Job summary

Abundant is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to work with the Head of Engineering on building, scaling, and deploying complex simulation projects. You will move between customer-facing products and internal infrastructure to drive scalable solutions.

You will take ownership from day one, improve the core engine, and push the system to handle 10B+ events and thousands of monthly users. A founder mindset and strong coding abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of evaluations and RL.
• Knowledge of LLMs and agent architectures.
• Strong independent ownership and initiative.
• Creative problem solving and project design.

Responsibilities

• Take over key parts of the core simulation engine within 30 days.
• Improve performance and scalability to handle 10B+ events and thousands of users.
• Help establish engineering culture as the team scales.
