Responsibilities

• Treat all residents with dignity, privacy and respect and treat them as individuals
• Maintain clear, concise records and ensure documentation complies with legislation and standards
• Ensure medications are administered safely and in line with policies and custody procedures
• Establish positive relationships with residents, relatives and visitors and provide appropriate support
• Liaise with health care professionals regarding discharge and continuity of care
• Participate in admissions processes and ensure required documentation is completed
