Job summary

Stryker Ireland is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive operational excellence in manufacturing, focusing on process analysis, capacity, labour utilisation and material flow. You will lead Lean initiatives, implement data‑driven improvements and partner with Operations, Engineering and Finance to deliver sustainable cost reductions.

You will develop KPIs, support new product introductions and drive standardisation across manufacturing layouts and workflows.

Qualifications

Level 8 Engineering or related degree.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering environments.
Strong problem‑solving and data analysis capability.
Excellent cross‑functional communication and collaboration.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Perform time and motion studies and establish standard work.
Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to reduce waste.
Analyse processes to identify productivity, capacity, quality and cost gains.
Develop business cases and quantify benefits for improvement projects.
Support capital investment and resource planning from an IE perspective.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to implement improvements.
