Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• Experience building large-scale cloud-based web applications.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, guiding best practices and architectural decisions.
• Drive the architectural vision and strategy for complex systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Explore and integrate new technologies and AI/ML capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and R&D teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Be part of a special forces team delivering solutions for high-profile customers.
• Switch between different areas of responsibility and tech stacks across multiple products.
