Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software development experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• 4+ years in staff/principal engineer roles leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and delivering large-scale cloud apps.
• Experience building scalable, cloud-based web applications with strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Drive architectural vision for complex systems to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Explore and integrate new technologies, including AI/ML approaches, as needed.
• Collaborate with product, GTM, and R&D teams to deliver tailored solutions.
