Coursera Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to own the vision and roadmap for a core agentic AI capability within a new AI-first product line.

You will shape how the system reasons, generates outcomes, and defines taxonomy and decision models, partnering with data science to ground decisions in model behavior and signals. You will translate ambiguous frontier problems into concrete product requirements and set the standard for AI-driven experiences as the company scales this capability.

Formación

• Experience designing agentic AI-driven product systems.
• Strong data/ML fluency and collaboration with data science teams.
• Ability to write requirements for undefined or emergent behavior.
• Proficiency in taxonomy, ontology, and knowledge-structure design.
• Proven experience eliciting requirements from ambiguous problems.
• 8+ years of product management with staff-level scope and impact.
