Job summary

TP in Ireland invites applications for an Operational SME – SSA to join our Dublin team. The role focuses on quality standards, policy compliance and coaching, acting as the main liaison between training, quality and operations.

Salary is €44,351 with excellent benefits and a clear internal growth path. As an onsite role in Dublin, you will mentor new agents, provide real-time support, and enforce client terms of use while balancing efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ prior Operations experience in a shared services or BPO environment.
• Comfort with English and SSA language test requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance policy compliance with customer care.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor new hire Agents during nesting phase on the floor.
• Provide real-time support by resolving inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
• Assist with corrective and preventive action plans for performance improvement.
• Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards and support policy changes.
• Investigate and resolve client-reported issues and monitor for abusive content.
