Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Ireland to drive governance, execution, and delivery of SRE tooling and infrastructure programs. You will partner with IT, engineering, and security teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, reliability targets, and security standards, while performing hands-on Scrum Master duties across complex technical environments.

Qualifications

• Strong project and program management experience in technical environments.
• Proven Scrum Master expertise with Agile delivery methodologies.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Ability to work across IT infrastructure, networking, and security domains.
• Strong organizational skills in data management, dashboards, and document control.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Asana, Gantt charts, and reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program delivery, driving standardization and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and manage dependencies.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Support governance councils, manage project prioritization and portfolios.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports on project health, sprint status, budgets, and SRE SLOs.
• Create and manage charters, detailed plans, risk registers, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate change, release, and rollout of SRE tools and IaC updates.
• Manage stakeholder communications for greenfield and brownfield initiatives.
• Facilitate service transition and sustainment handoffs with documentation and training.
