Zusammenfassung

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability for real-time payment platforms on HP NonStop infrastructure. You will set SLOs/SLIs, drive incident response, and lead automation to reduce toil and improve operability.

You will partner with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to maintain PCI-compliant, globally distributed systems, guiding platform resilience and availability in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong, hands-on experience with HP NonStop (Tandem) platforms.
• Deep knowledge of NonStop OS, Pathway, TMF, EMS, OSS, TACL, and diagnostic tooling.
• Experience supporting high-throughput, low-latency, real-time transaction systems.
• Proven ownership of production reliability in 24x7 environments.

Aufgaben

• Own availability, performance, latency, and resilience of payment platforms on HP NonStop infrastructure.
• Define and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for mission-critical payment services.
• Act as lead incident commander for high-severity production incidents.
• Drive automation across monitoring, diagnostics, deployment, and recovery workflows.
• Lead release readiness and production validation for changes affecting payment switching platforms.
