Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer with deep expertise in HP NonStop platforms to ensure reliability, resilience, and scalability of its real‑time payments platforms.

You will own availability, incident response, automation, and operational excellence for mission‑critical systems across global networks. You will set reliability standards, mentor engineers, and partner with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to continuously reduce risk and improve platform

Qualifications

• Strong, hands‑on experience with HP NonStop (Tandem) platforms.
• Deep knowledge of NonStop OS, Pathway, TMF, EMS, OSS, TACL, and diagnostic tooling.
• Experience supporting high‑throughput, real‑time transaction systems.
• Proven ownership of production reliability in 24x7 environments.

Responsabilités

• Own availability, performance, latency, and resilience of payment platforms on HP NonStop.Set and enforce SLOs/SLIs and budgets.
• Act as lead incident commander for high‑severity production incidents and coordinate recovery.
• Drive automation across monitoring, diagnostics, deployment, and recovery workflows.
• Lead release readiness and production validation for changes impacting platforms.
• Maintain deep Payments domain knowledge and ensure reliability is built in early design.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SREs and operations engineers.
