Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
• End-to-end architecture design for large-scale applications.
• Expert-level Java/JEE development with strong coding skills.
• Deep expertise in microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and relational databases.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and influence architecture decisions.
• Experience with Agile development, TDD, code quality and performance optimization.

As a Principal Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and architectural expertise across multiple customer projects, guiding the design, development, integration, and delivery of complex enterprise applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, architects, developers, and project stakeholders, you will establish engineering standards, drive solution quality, and mentor engineering teams. You will play a critical role in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while remaining hands‑on in development, troubleshooting, and technical decision‑making.

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
