Job summary

UnitedHealth Group, Optum division, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead Reseller Solutions in a healthcare/enterprise SaaS context. You will validate market opportunities, define the product vision, establish the roadmap, and drive delivery of solutions that scale from pilot to market-ready products.

Collaborate across pricing, technology, operations, design, sales and client management to address complex customer needs while enabling growth.

Qualifications

• Proven extensive experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience launching enterprise software products.
• Proven experience managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Proven experience building SaaS or platform-based products.
• Experience with pricing, financial analytics, or revenue management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead customer discovery, market validation, and pricing strategies.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from inception to growth.
• Maintain product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Pricing, and Ops to deliver solutions.
• Define MVP scope, release plans, and long-term evolution.
• Drive go-to-market, commercialization, and growth initiatives.
