Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions, business transformation, consulting, solution architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
• Experience with Vendor and Customer Incentives, Rebates, Pricing, Chargebacks, or Contract Management processes.
• Proven solution architecture experience delivering enterprise-scale business and technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience building business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive presentations.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation or ERP modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Vistex V4 and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on Vendor and Customer Incentives processes, systems, and operating models.
• Define solution architectures that align business objectives with scalable technology strategies and enterprise standards.
• Drive SAP Vistex V4 and SAP S/4HANA solution design for rebates, pricing, incentives, chargebacks, and contract management capabilities.
• Develop compelling business cases, ROI analyses, value realization frameworks, and executive-level recommendations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to redesign processes and implement best-practice operating models.
• Evaluate and incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and cloud technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams through large-scale transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Maintain architecture artifacts, roadmaps, governance standards, and implementation guidance across the solution landscape.
