Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is offering a highly motivated data analytics internship in Dublin, Ireland. You will work on business operations projects, analyzing data and building proofs of concepts, prototypes and models to enable data-driven decisions.

You will learn to create dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office suite, while collaborating with a diverse team. This is an onsite program starting January and finishing August 2027, with mentorship and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Ireland-based university in a program majoring in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of data analysis, data engineering or data science preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in AI tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Dublin, Ireland
• Onsite: This role requires the student to work full time onsite throughout the duration of the intern term
• Duration: Students must be available to start on January 15th and finish August 13th 2027

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team and work on various business operations projects. In this role you will -

• Analyze and organize business data to craft proofs of concepts, prototype, and implement solutions using relevant analysis methods and visualization techniques.
• Focus on building data for prescriptive and predictive modelling to aid data analysis and enable creation of dashboards using visualization tools.
• Build out reports and presentations to provide information to drive key business decisions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You are currently enrolled in an Ireland based University in a program majoring in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• If you have knowledge/experience with any of the following technical skills (or related areas) and are enthusiastic about this role, we strongly encourage you to apply:
• Data analysis, data engineering, and/or data science
• Business process modelling and optimization
• Data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
