Job summary

Trinity College Dublin is seeking a dedicated professional for first line support within the Academic Registry. You will advise a wide range of stakeholders, delivering a professional and welcoming service, while contributing to ongoing service desk improvement projects.

The role is permanent and part of a structured salary scale. Working hours are 35 hours per week with a clear career pathway under government pay policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line support and advice for the full portfolio of Academic Registry activities to prospective and current students, alumni, staff, and public enquirers, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming service.
  • Actively engages in projects within the Service Desk to continually improve and enhance the services offered.

The role is responsible for providing first line support and advice for the full portfolio of Academic Registry activities to prospective and current students, alumni, staff, and public enquirers ensuring to provide a professional, efficient, and welcoming service to all enquirers to the Academic Registry. The role actively engages in projects that are being undertaken in the Service Desk to continually improve and enhance the services offered.

Post status: Permanent Contract
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Executive Officer Merged Salary Scale (€34,363 - €52,754 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
