Job summary

The Garden Maintenance Company seeks a Team Leader for garden maintenance, based in Ireland. You will supervise hedges, lawns, and spraying, and regularly interact with clients to discuss garden plans and progress.

Applicants should have 4+ years in garden maintenance teams, hold a full B driving licence (trailer licence a plus), and demonstrate strong English communication. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with a focus on South Dublin/North Wicklow areas.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience working with a garden maintenance crew.
• Previous experience in private residential gardens.
• Full B driving licence required.
• Full clean driving licence (and trailer licence an advantage).
• Good standard of English; able to speak with clients confidently.
