Job summary

Mike’s Hard Lemonade Co. in Dublin is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to drive the end-to-end movement and tracking of finished goods within our internal network, coordinating with external partners to ensure on-time, in-full invoiced deliveries to end customers.

You will own finished goods inventory across 3rd party facilities, support demand and supply planning, and contribute to cost optimisation while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive logistics and inventory experience.
• Proven understanding of global logistics processes and cost management.
• Familiarity with ERP and logistics management systems (e.g., o9, QAD).

Responsibilities

• Manage finished goods inventory across third-party facilities.
• Own the OTIF KPI and ensure on-time, in-full deliveries to customers.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams for supply and demand planning.

Description

The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist will be accountable for the efficient & timelymovement& tracking of all finished goods within our internal network and will be the key point of contact for all external partners in order to meet the objective of on time in full invoiced deliveries to end customer.

Accountabilities:

• Order to cash process through ERP system for UK customers
• Management & reconciliation of finished goodsinventory levels at all 3rd party facilities
• New market set up in conjunction with commercial teams
• Monthly reporting and accurate efficient month end processes
• Point of Contact for all external partners including first line escalation
• OTIF
• Supply Network planning inventory levels to ensure customer lead-time adherence and optimized storage costs

Own:

• Responsible for finished goods inventory managementacross MABIUC international markets.
• Own customer on time infullKPI.
• Delivery of excellent customer service& execution of continuousimprovement initiatives.

Influence:

• Cost optimisation & service management
• Effective member of the supplier relationship management process for 3rd party logistics providers

Skills Needed To Be Successful:

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive logistics and inventory, preferably in beer/wine/spirits industry or CPG industry.
• Proven understanding of global logistics processes, systems and cost management.
• Relevant ERP and logistics management systems (e.g., o9, QAD)
