Job summary

BNY is seeking an Associate, Client Processing in Dublin to join the Transfer Agency team. The role focuses on handling client queries, managing escalations, and supporting offshore processing teams while upholding risk controls throughout the transfer agency process.

You will engage with Fund Accountants, Custodians and other service providers, lead on internal escalations and projects, and help deliver timely client servicing aligned with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Broad Transfer Agency knowledge in dealing, contact centre, cash settlements, reconciliations or client service is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks identified in the reconciliation process on behalf of clients.
• Respond to client queries within the required SLA.
• Assist processing teams (Dealing, Cash Settlements, Distributions) with queries and escalations.
• Engage with internal teams to resolve client issues and manage risks in Transfer Agency.

Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing to join Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

BNY Transfer Agency provides fund administration services to a multitude of clients including Money Markets, Mutual Funds and ETFs. The Client Operations team provide both client service and oversight duties for and on behalf of our clients, including management of client queries, client escalations, supporting the offshore processing teams on complex queries and management of risk throughout the transfer agency process as identified in our reconciliation process.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Identify and manage risks as identified in the reconciliation process on behalf of our clients


• Respond to all client queries within the required client SLA.


• Respond to and assist on all queries and escalations from processing teams (Dealing, Cash Settlements, Distributions, etc.).


• Manage risks through engagement with internal teams within Transfer Agency to resolve queries


• Engagement with the Fund Accountant, Custodian and other service providers to the fund


• Take the lead in your team on client/internal escalations and projects


• Take a lead role in fund launches and the on-boarding of new Clients


• Organise and manage a rota within your team of daily / weekly tasks


• Supervise the day-to-day activities and staff within the team


• Managing SLA’s within Transfer Agency and escalating any potential late deliverables to the management team and / or client

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
