The role focuses on maintaining accurate spare parts inventory, coordinating service tasks, and ensuring proper documentation and transactional records. Based at the customer site in Limerick, you will report to the Asset Management Program Manager, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to uphold service standards and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in maintenance or logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital tools for inventory and workflow management.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work across departments and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain and update inventory records and transaction logs.
• Process goods receipts and issues in ERP systems.
• Support daily store operations including stock checks and documentation.
• Create and manage requests for quotes (RFQs).
• Approve and track quotes, orders, and delivery timelines.
• Archive service documentation and maintain organized records.
• Generate work orders for equipment repairs and replacements.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for parts and service activities.
• Conduct routine stock counts and maintenance checks.
• Provide weekly updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and reporting standards.
