• Create and manage requests for quotes (RFQs)
• Approve and track quotes, orders, and delivery timelines
• Archive service documentation and maintain organized records
• Generate work orders for equipment repairs and replacements
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for parts and service activities
• Conduct routine stock counts and maintenance checks
• Provide weekly updates and reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with procedures and reporting standards
