Job summary

StepStone Group in Dublin seeks an Associate/Senior Associate, SPAR Client Service, to deliver portfolio analytics and reporting for private markets investment clients. You will collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to support global investment activities.

The role involves managing client deliverables, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to team development, with a focus on client service and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of financial accounting and the ability to learn new reporting systems.
• Proven ability to lead projects and/or teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a department resource for client relationship management and oversee the client monitoring and reporting cycle, focusing on private equity and multi-asset client base.
• Perform final review and sign-off for core client deliverables and ensure deadlines are established, communicated, and met.
• Lead and delegate resources on ad hoc client projects while maintaining institutional knowledge and succession plans.
• Partner with other client service account managers to manage day-to-day operations and mentor junior staff.
• Promote department-wide communications, training objectives, and overall team development.
