Job summary

StepStone is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate, SPAR Client Service, to deliver portfolio analytics and reporting for private markets clients, collaborating with senior leadership and other departments.

As a senior team member, you will manage client monitoring cycles, review deliverables, ensure deadlines, and mentor junior staff. This role is based in Ireland and offers a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI proficiency.
• Proven ability to lead projects and/or teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Interest in global financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a department resource for client relationship management.
• Serve as account manager, overseeing client monitoring and reporting cycles.
• Perform final review and sign-off for core client deliverables.
• Ensure deadlines are established, communicated, and met.
• Manage and communicate requirements for client deliverables.
• Lead and delegate resources on ad hoc client projects.
• Maintain succession plans and institutional knowledge for uninterrupted service.
• Partner with other managers to support day-to-day operations.
• Develop, mentor, and guide junior staff with increasing responsibility.
