Job summary

The Merrion Spa and Health Club in Dublin is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist for flexible hours in a luxury on-site setting. You will greet clients, conduct consultations, and perform a range of spa treatments, while maintaining high standards of care and confidentiality.

Training and education are provided, with a strong emphasis on ongoing development. Candidates should have an internationally recognised beauty therapy license and at least 2 years of spa experience in a luxury environment,

Qualifications

• Internationally recognised certification or license in beauty therapy or related field.
• At least 2 years of spa therapy experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Merrion Spa and Health Club are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Therapist (Flexible Hours) to join our team.

The Merrion Spa and Health Club are a highly skilled team. We are passionate about ongoing training and education; successful candidates will be provided with ample certified training.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients - provide them with a warm welcome and 5 star spa experience
• Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences
• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, pedicures and other therapeutic services (We are also interested to meet with specialist facial or body therapists )
• Maintain detailed records of client treatments and preferences
• Keep spa treatment rooms and equipment clean and sanitised
• Educate clients on proper skincare and wellness practices
• Promote and sell spa services and products to clients
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times
• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Internationally recognised certification or license in beauty therapy, massage therapy, aesthetics, or related field 2+ years of experience as a spa therapist, preferably in a luxury spa setting
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Physical ability to perform spa treatments for extended periods of time
